The IPAK TF300 fully automatic tray former erects Breaker and Column Case style trays in either triangle corner or L-corner posts configurations. The TF300 can be configured to run any configuration of these tray styles including trays with RSC style flaps, flange flaps for side sealing or no flaps for retail ready roll-over display. With precision servo drives providing an accurate blank advance and dynamic flap folding, the TF300 perfectly forms each and every tray to provide superior stacking strength and a perfect aesthetic. This is especially important for heavier products such as meats and proteins or products in cold environments where the corrugated might weaken due to the harsh environment. Retail ready tray
Furthermore, servos provide significantly reduced operational costs with less energy consumption as well as less maintenance required. Electrical servo motors utilize a fraction of the energy compared to traditional pneumatic motors while also significantly less wear and tear parts.
All IPAK tray formers feature color-coded change handles and on-machine pictorial guides for simple and intuitive size change in under 15 minutes. Safety features such as interlocked safety guarding and standard tunnel guarding all ensure a safe environment for operators. The TF300 is also highly customizable with standard options like machine management and on-demand glue systems or more complex options such as extended magazines, enviroguard options and more.
Precision servo driven blank advance and mandrel ensure each tray is perfectly formed to provide a beautiful aesthetic look and strong stacking strength. Dynamic flap folding ensure every flap is folded and compensates for recycled or poorly scored tray blanks.
Servo drives require less energy and maintenance, providing long-term cost savings. Venturi style self cleaning vacuum cups also provide extended operation with minimal amounts of service required.
Superior safety features including interlocking safety doors and additional tunnel guarding at the machine outfeed.
On machine pictorial guides for instructions on operation and size changes as well as Wexxar's WISE System which provides on board machine tuning and pictorial guides on machine faults and provides potential solutions when they occur.
Easy load tray hopper for continuous machine operation.
Standard remote demand sensor that allows tray to only be formed when required downstream in the packaging line.
Provides both an audible and visual alarm to advise operators of low glue or low magazine to ensure continuous operation and avoid potential downtime.
Outfeed conveyor provides a location to collect formed trays so they can be stacked or transported for loading or further processing.
Upgrade your glue system to provide advanced features such as glue stitching, on-demand melting and other cost saving benefits which help reduce glue and energy consumption.
