Semi Automatic Case Formers

Fully Automatic Case Formers
Wexxar/BEL offers the WF series of fully automatic case forming / case erecting equipment. These case formers / case erectors are designed for sustained, high-speed applications.
The WF series of fully automatic case formers / case erectors consists of the Wexxar WF10 case former / case erector, Wexxar WF20 case former / case erector & the Wexxar WF30 case former / case erector. This fully automatic machinery features a mechanical, no-vacuum pin & dome case erecting system and precision case squaring system. Options for Hot-melt glue or pressure-sensitive tape bottom sealing are available. You can also purchase an optional Automatic Case Former / Case Erector Toolbox or Toolkit.

Pressure Sensitive Tape Case Sealing Equipment
The pressure sensitive tape case sealers that Wexxar/BEL offers are able to produce gap-free, tightly butted top flap tape sealing. The pressure sensitive tape case sealing equipment features a heavy-duty drive system which ensures cases leave the machine squarely taped.

Hot Melt Glue Case Sealing Equipment
Hot melt glue sealers from Wexxar/BEL produce gap-free, tightly butted top flap sealing by applying adhesive consistently and accurately. There are two models of hot melt glue case sealers offered, the Wexxar WSH - Hot Melt Glue Case Sealer and the BEL 270 - Hot Melt Glue Case Sealer.
The hot melt glue case sealers offer a heavy duty drive system feature which ensures cases retain their shape and alignment in every application. The hot melt glue case sealing equipment is able to accommodate a wide range of case sizes.
Flange Sealers

Tray & Bliss Forming Systems

The tray forming equipment that IPak offers consists of the fully automatic line of tray formers, custom tray formers & custom tray packers. IPak Fully Automatic Tray Formers
IPak offers a number of fully automatic tray forming systems. These tray formers are able to form all standard tray styles including produce trays, complex retail display trays as well as trays for bakery, meat packing and food processing. IPak Fully Automatic Bliss Formers
IPak offers fully automatic bliss forming equipment. These bliss formers automatically form engineered 3-piece cases that balance maximum stacking strength with economical use of corrugated board.
The IPak bliss machine that is offered is the ABH Fully Automatic Tray Former. This bliss forming machine is able to deliver superb performance, operator safety and quality assurance.
IPak Tray Stackers
IPak tray stackers gently stack your trays in pre-programmed configurations for easy palletizing or distribution. A programmable counter on the tray stacker allows for optimal stack height for different tray depths. Fully automatic in-feed control and out-feed pushers contribute to the ease of operating the tray stacking equipment.
The tray stackers from IPak consist of the TS-100 Tray Stacker, TS-200 Tray Stacker, BS-100 Tray Stacker & DS-100 Tray De-Stacker. All tray stackers from IPak have completely independent controls including PLC and are fully adjustable to accept various sizes and depths of trays. IPak Sleeve Wrappers
IPak's fully automatic sleeve wrappers are engineered to withstand the rigors of heavy-duty industrial applications. The SP Series sleeve wrappers partially form the sleeve, insert the product in the specified configuration and then fold and seal the sleeve creating a display ready package. The sleeve wrappers operating speeds and throughput are ideal for low volume or low speed applications.
