Integrated Form, Pack & Seal Systems

These case and box forming, packing & sealing solutions feature the combination of Wexxar/BEL case forming equipment and case sealing equipment to form a perfect end-of-line solution.
The form, pack & seal systems that Wexxar offers are the WFPS 5150 Form Pack Seal System, WFPS 5252 Form Pack Seal System, WFPS 1250/1252 Form Pack Seal System and the WFPS 2270 Form Pack Seal System. These systems allow for improved productivity and floor space as the process can be done by a single person in a single fluid operation.
Case Forming Systems
Wexxar manufactures Wexxar/BEL semi and fully automatic case forming systems for a wide range of packing operations - from small, manual hand-packing lines to high-volume, 24/7 operations.
Semi Automatic Case Formers
Wexxar/BEL semi-automatic case forming equipment is designed specifically for manual case packing lines. They provide an economical and effective way of reducing the amount of manual labour required to pre-form cases for hand packing lines. Compact and oversize options are available.
Fully Automatic Case Formers
Wexxar/BEL WF series fully automatic case forming equipment is designed for sustained, high-speed applications. The WF series case formers feature a mechanical, no-vacuum pin & dome case erecting system and precision case squaring system. Options for Hot-melt glue or pressure-sensitive tape bottom sealing are available.
Case Sealing Systems
Wexxar manufactures Wexxar/BEL case sealing systems, which include hot-melt glue sealing equipment and pressure-sensitive tape case sealing equipment for top and/or bottom case sealing.
Pressure Sensitive Tape Case Sealing Equipment
Wexxar/BEL pressure-sensitive tape case sealers produce gap-free, tightly butted top flap tape sealing. They feature a heavy-duty drive system which ensures cases leave the machine squarely taped. Wexxar/BEL pressure-sensitive tape sealers can accommodate a wide range of case sizes.
Hot Melt Glue Case Sealing Equipment
Wexxar/BEL hot-melt glue case sealers produce gap-free, tightly butted top flap sealing by applying adhesive consistently and accurately. Flange Sealers

IPak Fully Automatic Tray Formers
Tray Formers form all standard tray styles including produce trays, complex retail display trays, and trays for bakery, meat packing, and food processing. Tray-forming solutions are available for both glue sealed trays and self-locking trays.

Bliss Formers automatically form engineered 3-piece cases that balance maximum stacking strength with economical use of corrugated board. IPak Bliss machines deliver superb performance, operator safety and quality assurance.
IPak Tray Stackers
IPak stackers gently stack your trays in pre-programmed configurations for easy palletizing or distribution. A programmable counter allows for optimal stack height for different tray depths. Fully automatic in-feed control and out-feed pushers contribute to ease of operation. All TS Series stackers have completely independent controls including PLC and are fully adjustable to accept various sizes and depths of trays. Like all IPak machinery, our stackers and de-stackers are known for reliability, dependability and value.
IPak Sleeve Wrappers
IPak's fully automatic sleeve wrappers are engineered to withstand the rigors of heavy-duty industrial applications. The SP Series sleeve wrappers partially form the sleeve, insert the product in the specified configuration and then fold and seal the sleeve creating a display ready package. Operating speeds and throughput are ideal for low volume or low speed applications. Like all IPak machinery, the SP Series sleeve wrappers are known for reliability, dependability and value.
