Hi, I'm Sandra Smith, Product Manager for Wexxar Bel, powered by ProMach. Today, we're looking at our WRC Rotary Conveyor. The concept behind this conveyor is to settle cases efficiently. It can run up to 100 cases per minute and features adjustable settling shafts that allow us to control the motion through our rotary motion conveyance system. Unlike competitive products that require the entire machine to vibrate, the WRC isolates all the motion to the product itself as it transfers across the conveyor.
We have control over both the feed rate and the rotary conveying speed, enabling us to settle products that would normally overfill a case, allowing them to pass smoothly through the sealing line. Today, the WRC is shown with our WF30 case former and 290T case sealer in this complete line setup.
The machine is constructed from stainless steel to meet the needs of most end users, particularly in the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) market, where washdown capability is essential.
