BEL 300 Fully Automatic Case Sealer with Advanced Auto AdjustmentNEW
The BEL 300 random case sealer eliminates changeover delays, allowing multiple case sizes to run seamlessly on a single line. Designed for high-mix operations, it keeps production efficient, reliable and easy to operate with minimal training.
Equipped with light curtain sensors and a linear encoder, the BEL 300 instantly detects incoming case dimensions and adjusts dynamically without returning to a home position. Its three-stage modular design combines a high-speed sensing and infeed section, an active flap-folding unit that reduces flap skewing and a DEKKA tape sealing section for precise, secure closure.
This intelligent, fully automatic system can handle up to five random-size cases simultaneously, overlapping motions to reduce wear and maintain peak throughput of up to 25 cases per minute.
