Hi, I'm Sandra Smith, the product manager for Wexxar BEL. Today, we're going to look at the WF30 Gen 2 machine, our next generation of up to 30-minute fully automatic case erecting. As you can see, it's an all-inline design. We'll break down the sections of the machine and take a closer look at what makes the WF30 so unique.

First, let's examine the magazine section of the machine. This is where we supply the blanks to the machine. It features a 60-inch magazine that allows roughly 250 cases to be loaded into the machine, depending on board thickness. The cases are loaded in an upright position. The independent belt design ensures the cases move forward in a straight fashion. If they skew in any way, the belts compensate to present nice, square cases at the forming section.

When loading the cases, the operator simply drops a bundle of cases at the back of the machine. An arm keeps the cases upright, and when ready, the operator can remove the air charge from the arm, pull it back, and start the process.

As with all the Wexxar BEL line of machines, the WF30 Gen 2 features on-machine instructions with pictographs and color-coded changeover elements for ease of use.
