Product Overview
The WFPS 3290 combines the WF30 Fully Automatic Case Former with the BEL 290 Pressure Sensitive Tape Case Sealer, providing customers with a fully automatic solution for forming, packing and tape sealing to satisfy the demands of around-the-clock industrial applications. It comes complete with a loading and accumulation section for an all in one solution for the hand pack line.
FORM:
The WFPS 3290 forms cases automatically using Wexxar's patented motion-enhanced Pin & Dome system, which responds to variations in corrugated quality and ensures accurate case forming and squaring. The WF30 also features an advanced Allen-Bradley CompactLogix control platform with built-in Ethernet, allowing for machine diagnostics where network capable systems are available. Wexxar's trademark color-coded tactile guide and easy tools-free adjustments make setup and changeovers quick and easy.
PACK:
Wexxar/BEL offers several conveyor options for case delivery. 3' or 6' passive or powered loading sections ensure the "right" solution for every application.
SEAL:
Combined with a fully automatic Pressure Sensitive Tape Case Sealer, the WFPS 3290 produces gap-free, tightly butted top flap sealing. The WFPS 3290 is equipped with Power Save Mode that allows it to hibernate during slow or paused case production and automatically restart when case flow resumes. It accommodates a wide range of case sizes and the heavy-duty drive system ensures cases retain their shape and alignment in every application.

WF30 Case Former Features:
- Motion-enhanced Pin & Dome system with Festo electro-mechanical servo system, which responds to variations in corrugated quality and ensures accurate case forming and squaring.
- Allen-Bradley CompactLogix control platform with built-in Ethernet, allowing for machine diagnostics where network capable systems are available.
- Positive Case Squaring System: Lines up and squares the case during sealing, creating visually appealing case output.
- Single Push Transport System: Combines linear bearing guides with a mechanically adjustable case pusher for case squaring.
- Toolless Size Changes: Not only a truly tool free operation, but we have cut the time for a full size change to under 5 minutes.
