WFPS 2270 Form Pack Seal System

The WFPS 2270 combines the WF20-H Fully Automatic Case Former with the BEL 270 Hot Melt Glue Sealer, providing customers with a fully automatic solution for forming, packing and sealing with glue. It comes complete with a 3 foot loading and accumulation section for an all in one solution for the hand pack line.

FORM:

The WFPS 2270 forms cases automatically using Wexxar's patented Pin & Dome system and case squaring system. Wexxar's trademark color-coded tactile guide and easy tools-free adjustments make setup and changeovers quick and easy.

PACK:

Wexxar/BEL offers several conveyor options for case delivery. 3' or 6' passive or powered loading sections ensure the "right" solution for every application.

SEAL:

Combined with the BEL 270, the WFPS 2270 features a no-gap, static compression system that glues case flaps tightly and squarely, preventing dust and light from getting to the products inside. The BEL 270 features a quick and easy changeover mechanism and is designed with operator safety in mind.

WF20 Features:

• Pin & Dome: As flat case blank is injected into the two facing plates, the pins go into the flutes and the dome pinches the corrugated tightly. The two plates then open to 90 degrees to perfectly square the case. Since no vacuum is used in this process, it greatly decreases contamination and is more durable than vacuum cups which can clog and wear.
  
• Positive Case Squaring System: Lines up and squares the case during sealing, creating visually appealing case output.
• Single Push Transport System: Combines linear bearing guides with a mechanically adjustable case pusher for case squaring.
• Toolless Size Changes: Not only a truly tools free operation, but we have cut the time for a full size change to under 5 minutes.
