Tray Packer TP-200

The IPak TP-200 automatic tray packer was developed for a custom application packing various sizes of canned beverage powder.

The cans are collated and then indexed under a magnetic packing head. They are then packed into 3-compartment trays, each tray having a dual divider insert. After the cans are packed into the 3-packs, the 3-pack trays are collated and loaded into a master tray.

The 3-compartment tray with its glued divider insert and the master tray are formed on IPak tray formers.
