Sleeve Wrapper SP-200

The IPak Model SP-200 fully automatic sleeve wrapper is designed and built to withstand the rigors of continuous, heavy-duty, industrial applications. Like all IPak machinery, the SP-200 Series is known for reliability and dependability and is backed by IPak's friendly and knowledgeable service team.

Method of Operation

Up to three parallel lanes of production can be processed simultaneously. Each hopper is loaded with die cut blanks. Vacuum cups pull the blanks onto the chain and lug drive. The blank is then impacted and partially folded by a forming mandrel. The blank is advanced and the product containers are loaded utilizing a pick-and-place system. Hot melt adhesive is applied and the sleeve is folded and compressed.
