The three models of custom tray formers that we have done in the past are the TF-200XLA Custom Tray Former, TF-200CP Custom Tray Former, & the VF-100L Fully Automatic Custom Tray Former.

IPak offers custom tray forming equipment opportunities. This custom tray former is the TF-200XLA, which is an automatic tray former designed to build pallet loads of napkins utilizing two different sizes of pallet sized trays.

IPak offers the TF-200CP tray forming equipment, which is a custom tray former solution. The tray former is able to form a regular tray while simultaneously gluing a wooden corner post into the four corners of the tray. This tray former design is usually used in the stone industry.
