Fully Automatic Tray Former VF-100L

The IPak VF-100L is a vertical format tray former with an automatic HSC lidding attachment.

A regular slotted four-corner glued tray is formed on a vertical format tray former. The blanks travel vertically through the body of the machine and after forming are discharged standing on one end. Simultaneously an HSC lid is erected. Upon discharge, the tray body is inserted into the HSC lid and the completed tray and lid are tipped upright to advance downstream in an upright position ready for filling.
