Fully Automatic Tray Former - TF-300CF Overview

The IPak Model TF-300CF fully automatic tray former is designed and built to withstand the rigors of continuous, heavy-duty, applications. The TF-300CF automatically forms Common Footprint rollover or laminated side trays suitable for agricultural applications, including Defor, Easy Stack, V-Corner, ledge styles, and other similar tray styles as produced by most major corrugators for flat packs of fruits and vegetables. It will continuously operate at speeds of up to 30 trays per minute and is fully adjustable to form full and half Common Footprint and other sizes in various depths. Size changes are quick and easy, and can be performed in less than 15 minutes. Like all IPak machinery, the TF-300CF is known for reliability and dependability and is backed by IPaks friendly and knowledgeable service team.
