Purchased Parts
IPak machines are manufactured utilizing readily available high quality components from respected manufacturers. Many parts are available from local distributors in most regions of North America allowing you to purchase direct, or you are welcome to order replacements purchased parts from IPak. Service
IPak services and supports the machinery it manufactures, including stocking a complete inventory of commonly replaced parts. IPak offers technical support and service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and its experienced service technicians throughout Canada and the United States are also experts at integrating compatible equipment and conveying systems with IPak machines to ensure smooth-running packing lines.
Retrofits
Markets and retailers will from time to time demand changing the style or designs of trays and displays being produced which means that it might be necessary to radically change the tray design well before your tray former is ready for replacement. IPak can cost-effectively retrofit a majority of, but not all, tray formers currently in service. Retrofitting typically requires the replacement and installation of many new mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components. Please contact your IPak representative to determine if your machinery can be retrofitted.
