Dynamic Flap Folding
Wexxar's fully automated case formers have a dynamic flap folding system. As long plow rails aren't used, the overall length of the machine is significantly more compact. All four of the flaps are power folded in one position.

Major flaps are then folded. The whole process is done dynamically in one position, resulting in a much shorter machine.
Case is held securely and squarely as it is moved forward, via the compliant belt, to be sealed.
