From Downtown Vancouver:

• Go South on Granville Street to 70 Ave (about 7 km)
• Turn left to Oak St (about 1 km),
• Right on Oak St going South onto Highway 99 for about 5 km
• Take Highway 91 exit, east toward "New Westminster"
• Stay in main body of traffic for about 12 km
• Go over Alex Fraser Bridge toward "Surrey/Delta"
• Take first exit right on Nordel Way toward "River Road"
• Take 2nd right onto Nordel Court, Wexxar is immediately on your left

From Vancouver International Airport - YVR:

• East on the main exit, then follow Russ Baker Way to Highway 99 "South to Seattle"
• Proceed on Highway 99 and exit onto Highway 91 (about 2 km) toward "New Westminster"
• Stay in main body of traffic for about 12 km
• Go over Alex Fraser Bridge toward "Surrey/Delta"
• Take first exit right on Nordel Way toward "River Road"
• Take 2nd right onto Nordel Court, Wexxar is immediately on your left

From US Border at Blaine, WA/White Rock, BC:

• Go North on Highway 99 (US I-5 becomes Highway 99) for about 17 km
• Exit onto Highway 91/Annacis Highway toward "New Westminster"
• Go about 7 km, take exit onto Nordel Way and then toward "River Road"
• On Nordel Way take 2nd right onto Nordel Court; Wexxar is immediately on your left

From Highway 1 (driving west toward Greater Vancouver)

• Travelling West on Highway 1
• Exit onto 104 Ave West (last exit to "Surrey")
• Stay on 104 Ave for about 11 km,
• Turn left on South Fraser Way for approximately 2 km (changes into River Road)
• Turn left on Nordel Way
• Nordel Court is the 2nd set of traffic lights
• Wexxar is located on the North East corner of the intersection
